Background: Xu Fu found Chie while she was wandering through the desert, having been spinning around aimlessly itself. It came right up to her and her group even though it was alone, and the two rested in Caldera together before coming back to Union. Chie has since discovered that although Xu Fu often looks lost, it always ends up exactly where it wanted to go. She now uses it as a sort of compass when she's exploring unfamiliar areas, trusting that even though it may take a roundabout path, it always knows the way home.
