Background: When Chie met Pai Lum, it was already a terribly pugnacious Pokemon despite the fact that it hadn't yet evolved legs. It will take any chance it can get to throw things at people it dislikes - and it dislikes just about everyone for reasons ranging from 'they frowned at it' to 'stripes shouldn't be paired with plaid.' Truthfully, it's just used to people finding it disgustingly ugly so it's taking steps in advance to alienate itself.
